We ordered the Shotski for our daughter’s wedding. It did not come in, in the time frame they had given us. I contacted the seller and they said they would make another and ship it over night in order to get it in time for the wedding. The second one did show up in time but was not done as we had designed it. Only half of it was completed so unfortunately we did not use it at the wedding. When the original one showed up it looked great but again unfortunately it was too late for the wedding. Super sad!

I ordered this for our wedding and USPS lost the package. I contacted them and she kept an eye on tracking, asked when I needed it by and expedited a new ski for us so we had it by the date. Excellent customer service all the way through and much appreciated. The ski was a big hit this past weekend!

I was hesitant to purchase this solely because I was worried how it would ship. The craftsman did such a wonderful job and packed it incredibly delicately. Loved it!!! I wish I needed more because the ski was just that good. 10/10 recommend.
